I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Elizabeth Richmond for the fine job she did selling the home of my Mother. She went a step ahead of other Realtors, taking extra time, extra effort to help sell this home in a very tough market. I found her to be of the highest integrity, always honest, knowledgeable, and very helpful when dealing with any issue that came up, and guiding us along to help understand the entire process to complete the transaction.
Even after the transaction completed, she reminded us to take care of any possible remaining issues!
If you are looking to buy or sell a Home, I highly recommend Elizabeth Richmond.

We can't say enough good things about the job that Elizabeth Richmond did to help us purchase our new (and first) home! We were so nervous as first-time homebuyers that we didn't know what to expect, but Elizabeth walked us through everything--from helping us to understand exactly what we were looking for to helping us make an offer to helping us through the closing. She told us everything just as it is--she was always truthful and she seemed really concerned about making sure we were getting what was important to us. She really put our minds at ease.
We would never even hesitate to recommend Elizabeth to our friends and family who are looking to buy or sell a house, and we know exactly who we'll call the next time we have to move.

I have worked with many realtors in the past and have never felt as comfortable as I do with Elizabeth Richmond. As we all know, buying/selling a home can be very stressful. Elizabeth has not only saved me $$$ , she has saved me from many sleepless nights by keeping me informed on what she was going to do or what I needed to do to make my transaction CLOSE. Her expertise in this field has made me very comfortable with referring her to my family and friends.

I was just browsing real estate web sites when I ran across yours. I found it to be very user friendly, easy to use and it gave me all the information I could want in an initial browse. Don't change a thing.

Our home of 38 years was a difficult house to sell for several reasons. It needed extensive marketing. Steve DeWitt went above and beyound what an agent would be expected to do. I cannot praise him enough. He was professional in all his dealiings with us and I recommend him to any seller or buyer.

We would like to thank your agent, Elizabeth Richmond, for all her help in selling our family home. We had a unique situation where we were selling a home where several siblings located in different states were involved. Ms. Richmond conducted herself in a very professional manner and kept everyone informed on all aspects of the sale. She went above-and-beyond the duties of a "standard" real estate agent. We are so pleased with Transaction Realty Co. and it's owner, Tony Skerski. He took over the sale of our home in Parma after we had had it with a Nationally known realty company for 8 months. That company did nothing to really promote our sale. Tony took over the home sale and in 2 months he had it sold. In fact, he had more people view the home the first week he was handling it than the other real estate co. did in 8 months. Thank you Tony and staff for all the effort you put into selling our home. You know what is needed to sell a home. Many, many THANKS.
